Which countries do you ship to? We currently ship to the United States, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Australia, and Germany. If your country is not on this list, please contact us at noemiofficialmn@gmail.com — we will do our best to assist you.
How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 14 days to 1 month from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services in your country.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on all orders over $900 USD.
How do I track my order? We ship via DHL Express. Once your order is dispatched, we will send your DHL tracking number to your email. Please also check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
Do I need to pay customs or import duties? Yes. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns? All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item? We take great care with quality control and packaging. In the rare event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your order at noemiofficialmn@gmail.com with photos. Our team will review your case and explore available options.

What cashmere grade do you use? All NOÉMI products are made from Grade-A Mongolian cashmere — selected for exceptional softness, warmth, and durability.
How do I choose the right size? Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in cm and inches, plus international size conversions (US, UK, EU, Italian, French, Korean). We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart before ordering.
Are the colours accurate in photos? We do our best to represent colours accurately. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting.
